Azuki Toyoはフィリピン、マニラでオープンしたかき氷のお店です。あずきとこおりは2022年1月に代々木で誕生。日本の古き良きものを大切にしつつ、フランス菓子のテクニックを取り入れた、今までないかき氷を提供しています。Toyo Eateryはフィリピン料理をベースにしたイノベーティブ・フュージョンを提供する、マニラそしてアジアのレストランの先端を走るレストランです。

あずきとこおりとToyo Eateryがコラボレーションして出店したお店。ロゴデザインはそれぞれのロゴマークをベースにあずきの頭文字AとToyoの頭文字Tで、氷の結晶を作りましたTOYO のロゴの構成要素のシンプルさとあずきとこおりのロゴの六角形双方のコンセプトを取り入れています。

Azuki Toyo is a unique kakigori shop in Manila, Philippines, born from a collaboration between Azuki to Kouri, founded in Tokyo in January 2022, and Toyo Eatery, a leading Manila restaurant known for innovative Filipino fusion cuisine.

The shop’s logo cleverly combines elements from both parent brands: the ‘A’ from Azuki and ‘T’ from Toyo form a snowflake pattern. This design integrates the simplicity of Toyo Eatery’s logo with the hexagonal concept from Azuki to Kouri’s emblem, symbolizing their collaborative spirit and shared innovative approach to cuisine.
